GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. This RV is pretty easy to drive. There is 2 roof AC units that works. Ducted air LP furnace The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air The Engine is Mercedes Benz Diesel 330HP, according to NADA. The motor is turbo charged and is diesel direct injected. The motor runs like it should. The Allison automatic transmission shifts up and down like it should A 7.5k watt Onan quiet diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. There is a 2 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 100k, this does not include 6 brand new tires This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Fiberglass Roof Over the past 9 the RV has had some previous roof repairs, prior to V2GRV ownership. Why the repairs were done i dont know. However, most likely it leaked before the repair was done. There is some delam on the pass side between the rear awning arm and the rear pass window. This coach can sleep a total of 8 as it currently sits. 2 in each sofa2 on the dinette2 in the rear bed We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. Aluminum wheels too. All 6 tires are brand new less the 600 miles trip home. Under NORMAL usage they will be good thru 2021 The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 11yr old RVs. The inside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 11 yr old RVs. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 40 foot According to NADA. This RV is a National Islander RV built on a Country Coach Dynomax chassis. If you are expecting a decent to nice 11 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 11 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the jack knife sofa We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. The tires have good tread. However the rear tires are less than 11 yrs old and should not need replacement. The front tires are late 2013. Typically they should be good thru 2021. rear tires are brand new The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known... There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does not blow cold air. The 400hp DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The Allison 6 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. For the buy it now price of $74999, if the rv has a location for a combo washer dryer, we will include a combo unit, for any other price, even if you see it, it is not included. For the no reserve auctions or rvs that do not have a combo unit, typically, we have some used units that we sell for $600 installed. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch, heat, jacks if present, water, etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. Typically, we only check the roof top ac, the fridge and generator. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. This RV was just driven over a thousand miles with no trouble. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known... There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does seem to blow cold air. The 400hp ISL Cummins DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The Allison 6 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. The Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. For the buy it now price of $79999, if the rv has a location for a combo washer dryer, we will include a combo unit, for any other price, even if you see it, it is not included. For the no reserve auctions or rvs that do not have a combo unit, typically, we have some used units that we sell for $600 installed. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch, heat, jacks if present, water, etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. Typically, we only check the roof top ac, the fridge and generator. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is some delam or water damage. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. Over the past 10 years this unit has probably had some leaks, we do not know all of the history. So, we can not guarantee there has never been a leak, but, I can state that we typically re-seal the roof on most of our units, so, currently there should not be any leaks. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also perform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There are typically some stains here or there, but nothing to really be concerned about. The tires typically have good tread on 22.5 inch wheels, but they have older date codes. So, since you are most likely going to purchase this RV for a cheap price, just plan on purchasing 6 new tires to be safe. There is a local tire store that will install 6 new tires for approx $2100. For the buy it now price of $79999 we will include new tires. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory, as with most repos, the power cords are sometimes missing. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. There are 2 overhead ACs that work. The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air while going down the road. The Engine is a Cummins ISL series 400HP in line 6 cylinder turbo charged diesel motor. The 6 Speed Allison transmission shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. 7.5k watt. I let it run approx 1 hour to ensure the new owner wouldnt have issues. Less than 100 hours on it There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 9 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This RV is not a typical 9 yr old RV. It has been well cared for, and most likely garaged all its life. The wheels are shiny and so is the paint. No paint checking noted This coach can sleep a total of 5 There is room for two in the rear King bed. Plenty of tread remains. The front tires are just a couple of yrs old, and still have several yrs left. The rear tires are showing early signs of cracking and need replacement. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. One blind is missing. It is currently on order I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. Ducted air The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air, perhaps some freon could help The Engine is a Cat C9 400 HP in line 6 cylinder turbo charged rv The Allison 6 speed automatic transmission shifts up and down like it should A 10k watt Onan quiet generator runs and makes power like it should. approx 600 hours There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 156k. Please understand if you desire to do a trade, i generally recommend book vs book This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the rear King bed. The sleeper sofa converts to a bed for 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires date code that indicated they are the originals and there for should be replaced. The buy it now price posted includes 8 Brand new tires. The tires on the RV are showing early signs of side wall cracking The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. One blind is missing. It is currently on order I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure. Payment Types: Cash, wire transfer, or certiifed check title will be held for approx 7-8 Calender days Fees: Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license fees. The customer will be responsible for registering the vehicle in their own state. Deposit I require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction, even on holidays, since paypal is never closed. Once the deposit has been received I will be happy to schedule an appointment for the pickup of your new home. Deposits are GENERALLY 50% refundable IF and ONLY IF the partial refund request is made in person. Otherwise it is non refundable. The deposit is due PRIOR to viewing/pickup or within 24 hours, whichever comes first. If you fail to send the deposit prior to arrival I reserve the right to NOT sell the item to you. The Buyer is responsible for a $295.00 dealer service fee aka documentation fee(this helps to cover the costs such as pre vehicle clean up, mailing, airport pick up ( when possible), a 30 day SC temporary permit provided by our dealership, and any other related expenses.) For scheduling a pickup please allow a MINIMUM of 48 hours after the auction ends to pick up your coach, our reason why... we may already have others scheduled and no time to work you in for the necessary time required to cover the delivery of an item. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback.
